This Privacy Policy explains how SILERA, CORP ("Silera,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you:
Visit our websites (including silera.ai and any subdomains) (the “Sites”),
Use our products and services (collectively, the “Services”),
Interact with us in other ways (e.g., sales calls, events, support tickets).
This Policy applies to individuals in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions with different privacy laws, please see the International & GDPR Addendum below.

2.1 Information you provide directly
Contact information (name, email, phone, company, role)
Account credentials (username, password)
Payment and billing information (handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers)
User-submitted content such as images, 3D/CAD files, annotations, prompts, and descriptions ("Customer Data")
Communications with us (support tickets, emails, survey responses)

Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, OS, pages viewed, links clicked)
Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Notice)
Log data from our APIs/SDKs (timestamps, request metadata, error logs)

Business contact data from partners or publicly available sources (e.g., LinkedIn)
Analytics or advertising partners’ reports (aggregate/anonymous)
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide, operate, and secure the Services (incl. account creation, billing, authentication)
Process and generate datasets per your instructions (including synthetic data generation and labeling)
Monitor quality and performance of generated outputs (our internal QA agent may review samples to detect out‑of‑scope requests)
Communicate with you (support, product updates, marketing—with your consent where required)
Improve and develop new features (analytics, research, benchmarking)
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
Customer Data: We process Customer Data only to provide the Services to you and as instructed in our agreement. We do not use your Customer Data to train public models without your explicit permission.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
Service providers (hosting, storage, payment, analytics, email, customer support) bound by confidentiality and data‑processing terms
Business partners with your direction or consent
Legal and compliance recipients when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or integrity
Corporate transactions (merger, financing, acquisition) where information may be transferred as part of the deal
We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain disclosures for targeted advertising or analytics may qualify as a “sale” or “share” under some state privacy laws—see Section 6 for your opt‑out rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Submit a request at hello@silera.ai to opt out of disclosures that may be considered a “sale” or “share.”
7. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure. Please use strong passwords and keep them confidential.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer Data can be deleted at your request or according to your contract.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. We’ll post the new version with a revised date and notify you if changes are material.
